have you ever seen a scene like this? where you are looking down two streets at once? notice how the buildings get smaller as we move away from the corner
2 Point perspective means that it appears that lines to the left seem to move to one point, and lines to the right move to another
the "Perspective" assumes that we are closest to the corner of a building.

...but remember....all of your lines that go left to right on a diagonal on the left side go to the left vanishing point.
all of the lines that go left to right on a diagonal on the right side go to the right vanishing point use horizontal lines for the "sidewalk" lines!
